Bird Rock Coffee Roasters
Bird Rock buys coffee that has been grown responsibly and strives to carry certified organic beans. In addition to the organic beans, they seek coffee that is grown on small family farms or by small co-ops and buy green beans from only reputable coffee brokers who have shown a commitment to both the environment and to ensuring that the small family farmers earn a fair price for their crop. They focus on single-origin beans, rather than blends.

Café Canopy
Triple-certified (organic, shade-grown, fair trade) coffees. A small, independently owned coffee company, they roast coffee daily in small batches. They use a vintage Probat coffee roaster that utilizes a cast iron roasting drum ensuring that the coffee roasts evenly and gently, and producing a coffee that is always rich, complex, and smooth.

Cafe Mam
Organic, fair trade certified coffee grown by fair-trade cooperatives of native Mayan farmers living in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. The growers, primarily of the Mam, Tzetzal and Mochó peoples, are organized according to egalitarian democratic ideals that stress responsibility to the co-op, hard work and high standards. Their programs provide countless benefits to outlying native communities.
